Request for Quotation (RFQ)

 

  1. The Government of Ghana has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Greater Accra Resilient and Integrated Development Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for the Procurement of 2No. Multipurpose Colour Printers and 2No. SSD Drive, Stationery and toners, Office Supplies (Beverages) and Sanitary items in 4 Lots
  2. The Project Coordination Unit of the Greater Accra Resilient and Integrated Development Project now invites sealed quotations from eligible registered Suppliers for the procurement and delivery of the items listed in Table 1 below to the offices of the Project Coordination Unit, Public Works Department Head Office, No 6 Valco Drive, Ministries.

  1. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using Request for Quotation (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” 5th Edition September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Suppliers as defined in the Procurement
  2. Interested eligible Suppliers may obtain further information from the Project Coordination Unit, Procurement Officer at tenders@garid-accra.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours 9:00 m. to 4:30p.m. at the address (1) given below.

 

  1. The RFQ document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address (3) below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GH¢100.00 (One Hundred Ghana Cedis) The method of payment will be

 

  1. Bids must be delivered to the address (2) below on or before 11:00 m. on July 31, 2024. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Suppliers designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address (2) below at 11:00 a.m. on July 31, 2024.
  2. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration attached at Section IV, Bidding
  3. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful Supplier’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the Request for Quotation
