Procurement of 5No. Mid-Range SUV Vehicles for Community Upgrading and SBCC Field Monitoring.

National Competitive Bidding

  1. The Government of Ghana has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Greater Accra Resilient and Integrated Development Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of vehicles for Community Upgrading and Social and Behaviour Change Communication Field Monitoring.
  2. The Project Coordination Unit now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of 5 No. Mid-range SUV Vehicles.

  1. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 revised November 2017, August 2018 and 4th Edition November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
  2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Project Coordination Unit, Procurement Specialist at tenders@garid-accra.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours 9:00 a.m. to 4:30p.m. at the address given below (1).
  3. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address (3) below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GHC 200.00. The method of payment will be cash.
  4. Bids must be delivered to the address below (2) below on or before 11:00 a.m. on May 31, 2022. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address (2) below on at 11:00 a.m. on May 31, 2022.
  5. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration.
