REQUEST FOR BIDS (RFB)
CAPPING OF OLD DUMPSITE AT ABLORAGYEI

The Ministry of Sanitation and Water Resources (MSWR) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Capping of Old Dumpsite at Abloragyei and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract Capping of Old Dumpsite at Abloragyei.
The Ministry of Sanitation and Water Resources (MSWR) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Capping of Old Dumpsite at Abloragyei.

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding using a Request for Bids (RFB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised November 2017, August 2018 and 4th Edition November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from The Ministry of Sanitation and Water Resources (MSWR), sampsonakwetteyx@yahoo.com chmanudank@yahoo.com and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 8:30 GMT to 16:00 GMT at the address given below.
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC 500.00). The method of payment will be Cash. The document will be sent by email.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11hr GMT on 24th May, 2022. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 11hr GMT on 24th May, 2022.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHC350,000.00)
All Bids must be accompanied by a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration.
